AGT Mini-Systems: Compost Power in a Smaller Package
The Agrilab Technologies team has been busy — three new AGT Mini-Systems are up and running across New York, Massachusetts, and Quebec, with a fourth installation scheduled for October. Earlier models are already hard at work in Vermont, New York, and Montana. These systems are handling everything from food scraps and leaves to horse and turkey manure, turning local biomass into renewable heat and high-quality compost.
The AGT Mini-System is a flexible, small-to-medium-scale compost aeration solution. Each unit can serve one to four windrows, deliver negative and reversing aeration, and even include heat recovery. Batch sizes range from 20 to 75 cubic yards per zone — up to 300 CY total. Built-in on-site and remote monitoring tracks key data like temperature, oxygen, airflow, and pressure to fine-tune performance.
